On the AJ hand and the second barrel, wouldn´t be betting 11/12$ be better? I think it would achieve the same result.

i think 12-14 would be a little better. if we bet 11 we're setting up exactly a pot sized bet left, if we bet like 13-14 we threaten his stack a little more and give a better price on a river shove if we're going to... although you're right in that we probably aren't firing the 3rd barrel against him often in this spot, and if that's the case, 11/12 is likely best.
so happy bout this. WoT is fun to listen too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
niice. was just thinking that i hope wot comes out with a new 6max vid soon and booom here it is. how did you do that?!?! lol
Nice! Enjoyed this as usual!
Very good vid.
Do you think it's profitable to try out those 2nd (and maybe 3rd) barrels even at lower stakes than NL100? Or is there really any difference?

i think you should be getting yourself comfortable with the idea. again, it's mostly based on getting them to fold air... so start figuring out how much air they have on each street and what sort of bet sizes you can make to fold it out. use good turn/river cards to see if you can get them off any pair hands.
it's much better to experiment at the lower stakes to see what you can get away with. in many cases, the donkeys are the donkeys regardless if it's nl100 or nl10...it's just the number of donkeys around. (of course this changes a bit as you move up, as some of the "donkeys" at 25/50 are the overly straight forward regulars...)
WoT

Homerun shove bottom fh vs weak river donkbet.
You mention the math on holdem vid series.....which vid had relevant section.

Hey WiltOnTilt,
In the K8 hand you say that b/f turn is better, and i agree that there is value to be made. but whats you plan for the river if he calls, i dont think there is 3 streets of value so do you c/f the river ? or c/c to pick up his missed draws that he maybe bluffs if river comes a blank ?
Wilt,
I really like the way you elaborate on points in your videos, keep it up. In the hand where we 4b small with AK against the really loose guy on the button, don't you think our hand is pretty face up after we check both the flop and turn? I feel like we can exploited by better players in this situation. Thx
I'll do you one better.
