What I do is use the free online backup/sync service called Dropbox, set my HH archive folders to be inside it, and every single HH gets automatically backed up online without me ever having to do anything again. If my pc crashes, it's all up there in the cloud.

HoldemManger just added a "Backup and Restore" wizard
in HEM 1.11.00
File (on menu) >> "Backup and Restore"
I still use the method in this video (because I already had the process setup with a location on a USB), but I did try the new wizard and it worked fine.

I just built a new comp and had 1.5 mil in played hands roughly to save for my new computer.
The backup/restore feature from the folks at HEM worked great for this. I zipped it up and just moved it over to my new HDD's on the new system.
**BTW for folks getting new comps, we just literally hung my old HDD upside down in fact, in the bottom of my new computer with all the files pre-zipped and on the desktop and drug them over to the new system/desktop. This worked fine even going from 32 bit vista to 64 bit Win 7
