what a brutal destruction...........
Jesus Christ, this is so much money. And lol "it's still 2 tabling and insanely boring".
What a great poker mind. Poetry.
I love it. There's no better game than HU NL.
And lol "it's still 2 tabling and insanely boring".
ahaha so true though
i like how u ment to say KT on the left to your friend on AIM who probably didn't even know what table you had on the left >.<

So true, the announcement of FWF leaving poker randomly enters my mind bringing the same sadness of a family illness or my gf leaving me.
i like when you talk about bet amounts in terms of real world items...
i have a strategy question...
let's say you overbet $1600 into $900 and you are bluffing. do you think typing into chat "that could buy a pretty nice tag" would increase or decrease fold equity? do you think it is opponent dependent?
BRIGHTNESS
meh. decent video, but i thought most of your movin on up videos were much better content wise. probably had a lot to do with playing a particularly boring opponent.
on 23:49 where you flat pre oop w/ 89o and then donked the 468 flop into him, what was your plan if he raised. Wouldn't that donk w/ tpwk turn your life into misery if getting raised?
Could you explain a little more of your thought process/plan in that hand? thanks.
Excellent vid, FWF is hands down the best vid producer i've ever seen
Fun video but wow, that guy was terrrrible. I really like how you incorporate overbets into your game - can't wait to try them out.
Awesome! I loved the "thanks for the games" chat too.
Amazing that he never really tried to get aggro on you....that has to be the DREAM type opponent at those stakes. You did run hot but played great too, he never had a chance.
Ok, perhaps a real strategy question:
He never played back at you once, it seemed, in reraised pots in position. Given how little he plays back, what is your plan if your bet of $2400 is called in the following hands:
QJ on Q83r
88 on Q43r
KJ on K65ss
I just feel like given how little he was making any sort of move, I would have liked to see you check a couple of those flops (especially the first or even the third where we're actually not thrilled to get called anyways). What are your thoughts about this?

answer this plz, good question
Do you realize you folded in a 3-bet pot to a minbet at 39.40 min at the right table?
Also... my god you run hot. Yeah, you can play, but you rarely miss a flop and you hit TP in just about every 3-bet pot. I really don't think a lot of people would have lost this match, though most wouldn't have won nearly this much. Could you please post a losing session? I feel it would be very educational to see some losing sessions on this site.
I liked the fact that you pointed out his mistakes after the hands. It's nice to be reminded at the reasons for betting. I auto-pilot too much and should think more about reasons to bet versus my opponents range.
I have to agree with the general sentiment. This video just showed how to play vs a donk and run good. I also thought you got it in super light sometimes. I mean he isnt 3-betting you that much and you are like 77s clear value push.
Very very NICE
i have memberships at all three of the big poker training sites. FWF is making some of the best videos out there. please force him to make more videos.
Just so you guys know, Ariel is out west playing in Kenny Tran's private 100/200NL game this weekend... so he will be back early this week to answer questions!

not good... :-(
sweet vid, love how you deconstruct your thinking process and explain it to us
At teh start of the vid you have KJ in a reraised pot.
On flop he leads out for half pot and you elect to call.
On the turn he checks and you bet out.
You say you can comforatble fold to a c/r.
This is my thought porcess, pelase tell me where I might be mistaken..
On the turn though it looks like Yossorian is just plainly giving up. If that is the case should we not check to induce further action. I think Yossorian would bet his draws again and likely c/c 1 pair hands on the turn, but he would be calling them on the river aswell, so surely should we give him some rope by checking the turn/

1: check turn bet river. if he bets i stack off because he'd raise flop with KQ
2: not sure
3: keep betting

when a guy doesn't 3bet 88 or 99 but he does 3bet and call it off sometimes with Ax suited, 77 is a value push.

not sure what hand this is: timestamp?

The thing is I can only really make vids of people I won't play again and who my play against them isn't indicative of how I wouldp lay my normal opponents. I don't want to release a "Urindanger vs FWF" vid because I might play him again and the adjustments I make to him would tell alot more about how I think about HU in general than would my fileting of some fish. And yeah, I ran hot but I also ran Yossarian over and got him to do exactly what i wanted most of the time imo.
MADNESS!!
owned.
i really like those 4bet value shoves with 77+ etc.. oh yeah baby.
"So, I'm going to fire out a watch sized bet here."
that was very fun to watch, ty
awesome vid FwF. Whats your real name ? {to lazy to google}
