Couple of quick points. I'd like to apologise for the short length of the video and for there being a couple of recording glitches (one of them being entirely my fault). I wanted to any initial video I put out to be "at the beginning" in terms of limits because there seemed to be demand for this, and because well, it's a good place to start. However, there are only so many interesting spots to find at NL20/(NL25) and while I made a couple of other testers that ran a bit longer and rained down a bit more gold from making some very standard plays that's not really the sort of thing I think needed to be talked about as regards the level in question.

1/2 and 2/4 depending on what games are going where. I'm not currently active on BF (unless it's part of coaching/video creating).

much comedy in this video, "he elects to min bet every street", "he bets the turn in a fairly emphatic manner" and the rubbish BF software crashing all had me LOLing.

You elected not to C bet I think it was an A66 flop with QJ. I would have thought this would be a good double barrelling spot, you can get all sorts of hands that beat you to fold no?

nice vid

Could you give me the timestamp in the video where this occurs? Assuming no reads and I've opened QJo/s I do look to cbet A66r/tt as standard, so it may be an error on my part.

I see, ok. That's a little different to A66 and I think it hits villian's range hard in that particular scenario and vs that particular villian I don't think our equity is ever in good shape there.

Hi , Nice first video. Its good to hear a British accent on a DC viedeo. LOL. No real questions on the video itself but you mention the games at Betfair being pretty good up to NL200. Is there really as many bad players as there where at those tables at the NL50 and NL100 games? Is so i might give Betfair a go its one of the few sites i havent played at and ive got a few hundred ponds in a sports betting account over there. Also are there plenty of games available at NL50/NL100?

Are you planning to make more videos's if so i would love to see some at the NL50/NL100 range.

Once again nice first video.

Thanks for the positive feedback, it's much appreciated. There is certainly more in the locker and on the way for the higher limits and hopefully DC will choose to publish it once I've made it available to them.

Re the BF games at higher stakes, there is no difference between NL20 and NL50. At NL100 there are just as many fish, but also more TAGs. At 200+ there are still plenty of fish but you will need to employ game/seat selection if you want to make the most of it. It's not possible to mine BF so obviously this takes a little trial and error, but the buddylist feature for BF is pretty great in that it alerts you anytime anyone from your list sits down. I will probably return to the midstakes game there at some point, I'm just enjoying a good run on another Euro site at 2/4 right now.

Very nice video! I'll surely wait for your upcoming videos.

Do you think Betfair is good site to grind at the microstakes with the 30% rakeback and the fishes? Grin How are the withdrawels at the site?

Withdrawing in my experience is fine. My account is in £ so there's no extra fees/exchange rates to worry about, but I don't know how it works for those in other countries. I assume it's all in their FAQ. If you're looking to grind the micros then it's certainly one of a few good options for this.

I like it.

You said you were a professional sports bettor, so what sports do you like to bet on? How do you decide if there is or isn't value in a particular bet?

Thanks for the vid and the coming advice!

Kind of hard to watch after you raise 50 cents to 0.70 and then get reraised to 1.60 and you somehow think that is a minimum reraise. Then you compound your error by writing a note with the wrong information. Then you play the rest of the hand thinking he is making random small bets when his line is incredibly common for micro stakes donkeys who flop huge hands.

5:10 ATo on table 2, you decided to 3-bet a tight guy. He's only raising 5% over 138 hands of sample, so we can determine he doesn't raise preflop often at all. Against a hand sample of 5%, we don't stand good at all but although I don't think he's minraising range is only the top 5%, I think pocket pairs is very usual for a guy like him. Don't you think a call would be better off versus this guy because if we think he'll have often pocketpairs, we can just c-bet the flop because he'll more then not miss the flop?

138 hands, is not that good of a sample ... to make assumptions.

Fish shows I.A.V full house that beats his straight and I.A.V. says, just as pretty as you please: "Good hand, sir."
Fucking classic.
I could listen to I.A.V. all day long. Almost makes poker seem respectable, dignified. Only country squire on DC. Wish he would do some 5nl or 10nl vids for all us fish in the peanut gallery, ya dig.
