Wow I was playing 50 NL when this was recorded.
Mdm13 takes rush poker up a notch to the 50NL level. He discusses playing without a HUD and new HUDs that are being developed just for rush poker. He then plays a few tables and talks basic strategy.
Ghost the best of DeucesCracked in the shorthanded games they play in today.

Currently in the process of watching this. I am the notes part for Rush poker about 15 mins in. The way I take notes in "Rush" is while 2 tabling, I play two tables at the top of the screen and bring up "Previous hand" at the bottom then you can click on the player involved in the hand in the "previous hand" window and add notes that way.
Also, I label my notes "RUSH" and copy that so I can easily paste it in at the begining of all notes taken during "Rush". I like the idea of a deeper color coding system for Preflop play. I also Color for donk bet/fold flop players as well.
At about 26:37 of the video, you min raise A8o from the button and get reraised by the SB, you then 4 bet based on players Location and bet size. In this spot I think another way about the situation. The SB gets a quick fold button, chances are he did not stick around to 3 bet bluff us with marginal holdings. I think this view is lost on many "Rush" players atleast at the 5NL level. I might think the BB is trying something fishy but I never doubt the SB in this situation because they can choose to "QUICK fold" the hand. I have had many button players call my SB 3 bet or the BB 4 bet me, with trash thinking I am bluffing only to find out I had QQ+ AKo/s in that spot. Have you ever thought of the Dynamic of the SB having the QF button and does this change your point of view on this spot slightly?? I been playing 5NL "Rush" since they opened the 5NL tables and would like so in put on this aspect.
Currently watching -- great stuff as usual ![]()
Just as a sidenote: Searching for how many rushtables a player sits at via the fulltilt search window always spits out 1, even if the guy plays 4 rushtables. (I'm guessing because they don't count them as tables, but as "entries")

Yea you would have to find the player's name in the Rush Poker lobby.
i'd love to see you make a normal vid
+1 to marshy. Pls go for NL100-400 live 4tabling series. You`re the man anyways.
Time Link to 00:42:02
There are a few players with stats listed. Were they manually placed there or is there an automated system involved?
great - can't wait to see the next vid
also, I play a fair bit of FR rush - is there a chance of explaining the difference b/n the 6max, or even better show some live play?
thx
nice vid for sure!
got some questions though:
1. seems like you played a looser style this time compared to the NL25 vid. is that actually and if so what are reasons? is it due to NL50 being so much more aggressive or is it cause you got used to Rush and think this style works better?
2. do you think ppl try to pull of more bluffs, exspecially big ones in rush?
3. since you didnt have stats yet here and i read in old vid thread that this one was actually produced a while ago. so i wonder why it took so long to get it posted here (not complaining though, just asking)
anyways, thx and keep it up ![]()
I think you summed it up at the end of the video where you said people are probably tighter than you're giving them credit for. I didn't like some of the raises on the flops like the 98o hand on the QTxtt board 3way when one guy donks. I'd just let the hand go with no equity in the pot. I'm more of a fan of flatting flop donks then seeing what they do on the turn rather than raising the flop with air. In a 3way pot I'm just folding like bottom pair and gutshots most the time depending on board texture and I feel about villains' ranges.
The only other thing I really hated were the 4bets. I think people usually aren't 3b'ing close to enough even at rush and one of the benefits of minraising the button is being able to open a ton of hands and fold because you gave yourself a better price on a steal. It seemed like you weren't getting 3b that much and I'd be willing to let a lot of the Ax stuff go unless it's a regular who has been 3b'ing a lot.
So, whatever happened to the Rush Poker 100NL video?
I heard something about next week... Anyway, I love this Rush Poker series and I hope the next episode is coming soon...
So.. Is there a 100NL video coming up soon?
another way to take notes is. if you time out you can actually see the rest of the hand play out and you can take further notes on the players. take notes of their hands and tendencies.
