I disagree with a lot of stuff in the KK hand.
Since he is new you said you cant assume he would run a big bluff yet youre assuming he wouldnt overvalue TP, can read what your hand range is so you somehow narrow his range to two mainly possible holdings (QT,44). This is assuming way to much for a player you've never played against. It basically makes the turn call atrocious since you price yourself in on the river against a player whose range youre assuming is way to narrow.

As an alternative line 200bb deep 3betting the flop is incredibly good for your hand in position. You can safely fold to a 4bet because it is unlikely he 4bets an OESD this deep and it may give him pause with a hand like QT and maybe even 44. You should be looking to show down KK here on this dry board a lot and by taking back the initiative IP your chances of doing so are much better. There is nothing wrong with 3betting this flop and then looking for one more street of value on turn or river.

I am making assumptions based on my knowledge of the average 50NL player, and the limit is full of tight regulars and loose-passive fish, not aggrotards spewing off with TPMK in 200BB pots. I am not assuming that he can "read hands" so much as the fact that these players do not stack off for 200BB with top pair, and if they do, they do it by calling bets not making them.

I disagree about 3-betting the flop this deep. It basically gives my hand away as AQ or better, and why would I want to give my opponent the information he needs to play perfectly against me?

Why not give away that information that your hand is strong then? Put in the extra 50bb on the flop to know for certain that you're behind on the flop instead of calling it off on the turn and then possibly the river? You seem pretty confident that he won't be bluffing you by the turn/river when you can know for certain on the flop and against hands you can showdown against it makes the decisions a lot easier for you as it slows him down.

Anyway my point is to call the turn to fold the river can't be right when the only cards you're somewhat happy to call the river on are two 4's and 2 K's. Possibly 3 outs to the turn card pairing also (I think it was a 3 or 5?). Either way all those outs are still somewhat discounted incase he does have 44 or TT.

the deep tables on FT seem to be a lot more popular now they have "normal" blinds. the more deepstack videos the better imo
