What's the best way to move a large database to another computer? Also do you like holdem manager better than the new poker tracker 3? I have not upgraded yet but assumed the new poker tracker was better.

PT3 is really no comparison since it isn't done yet. When it is, I dunno, but right now HEM is amazing and I can't see PT3 being much better than it. I won't be using anything other than HEM as it's covered pretty much all of my needs and then some when it comes to HUD+Tracker, and it comes out with new releases/updates so frequently that every time I think of something else I need they've either added it or are about to.

You can move the database files themselves using PostgreSQL itself if you're going from HEM to HEM on two different computers (I'll do a tutorial on this later if people want it too) but the way I did it above is the only way when going from PT2 -> just about anything else right now.

Last time I talked to their developer they said they had plans for Omaha support in the future, but they don't have any details/specifics on it yet.

lol, Rob. Next time, spend ONE second and say, "that's it." I felt like I did in the theater at the end of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Movie ends, and everyone is looking around at each other. Huh???

Thanks for the vid. I'm just starting with this program, so any more you do will have one interested viewer.
