This Series: Real Life: Microlimit Grinder
What's it like to start over from scratch? Entity and DeucesCracked member PygmyHero explore that question in Real Life: Microlimit Grinder. PygmyHero has been playing the microlimits over the past several years, but has struggled to win in the post-UIGEA climate. From table and seat selection to tilt control and in-depth hand analysis, Entity and PygmyHero work on every aspect of becoming a better poker player in an effort to reshape Pygmy's game.
Comments for Episode Three
This is the best video in the series so far imo. A few reasons why:
-The content is about that so many novice and intermediate LHE players struggle with (Overcard play). Entity really breaks it down and makes it easy to understand.
-Hands. The hands were picked out beforehand and shown using the DC replayer! This is far better for the video than the holdem manager replayer.
-Sound. Really small thing but in this video PH's voice sound quality is a lot better than it has been in the past.
Keep up the good work guys!
Thanks!!

We bought him a mic so it will be better for the rest of the series, with #4 as a possible exception since we still have a lot of HEM-recorded material that was really good for beginning players. The rest of the comments you made I agree with though I'm looking to try to get a HEM-DC skinned replayer at some point in the future so we can make videos that use HEM look a bit nicer. It's such an unbelievably powerful tool for doing good coaching analysis and hand analysis that I feel like I wouldn't be doing it justice to not include it in the vids, though I understand it's not super visually stimulating. :)

Ya I don't mind the content and practical use of HEM. I think that is great.
The DC replayer comment was purely about aesthetics
I liked this video a lot. I think PH did a great job asking interesting questions. I hope you make more videos like this.
