I think we considered out opponent to be so aggressive, such that with the added equity of the open-ended (or at least gutter to chop), position and implied odds, it's often going to be profitable to call. If we didn't have top set or just had a bare top set, I think we would have definitely mentioned folding as an option. Against a less aggressive opponent folding can be best.
