Here you say that once you get a reputation for overbetting a lot of different hands, players "will start calling you and not treating you as if your range is so polarized." But if you are less polarized and have more non-nut value hands in your range, then shouldn't they be calling you less?

The whole goal is trying to keep our bluffing range somewhat proportionate to our value range. the initial problem is the perception of an overbet is nuts or air. if you could somehow establish a reputation (at least with select players) that you can overbet for value wider than most people, then the key is that it allows you to bluff more frequently as well. If over time you can stay balanced while increasing your bet%, that's purely a good thing.
So when it we have little bluffs in our range we want to be bluffing more and visa versa? This will only work vs other regs and prob only the better regs who can hand read.

I agree, and I mentioned that a couple of times in the video.
There are also two applications for this. There are times when you want to be "balanced" (rare) and times when keeping your own range in mind can help determine whether your range is way out of whack in one direction or another (common). At the least, the latter will help find some bluffing spots you might have previously missed.
