Cheers From Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

This is my first comment ever on Deuces Cracked.

Van congratulations! You have the gift of teaching. Keep going deep on the topics and showing what is implied and not just written.

I am waiting for your book. Grin

Hey VAN I have some questions in my mind about simple stuff that may be obvious to you or to a pro, but it's valuable info for a beginner.

Questions like: What kind of music do you listen when play poker to be more focused or you listen to music.

I just increased in limit and when I play and lose my first like 10 sng In a row, how you do to psyche yourself up to still think positive, because it's so painful to me and affects my session game drastically. Is that normal to lose over 20 sngs in a row? Or to drop like 40 buyins a day and play hundreds of games with 0%ROI, when I used to have 20% ROI.
How do you guys make it possible to play on more than like 7 tables? I play on a european network on 7 tabling tiled, I open like 4 tables and wait to increase to the 50/100 blind level and than open another 3 tables, when I finish a table I keep opening, bought a 23" monitor, but that's so exhausting to me I can't play more than 1-2 hours session.
How many hours do you play in a session? I heard on an AMT's video smth about 4 to 6 hours sessions, what adjustments I should really do that to be possible, because I hardly keep myself 2 hours to play..
How many sngs you play In a day? I am playing 10 players turbo 3 min blind and I hardly reach the 100/day, that needs to play all day long in like 4 sessions because I cant handle a longer session, That's my goal to play 100/day.
I bought Poker Tracker and start using he HUD, It would be great if you tell how can I use hud properly for sng play, it has no sense to me to have 7 tables and a big hud for every player, it's so exhausting to eyes, I see you all use Holdem Manager, I start feeling bad of buying Poker Tracker
I feel excited about joining DC, good SNG stuff and great community

Hey VAN!
Can you cover such kind of questions on an episode?

I think that would be valuable stuff because you can know all the poker theory in the world if you cant manage some psychological stuff or to manage your games right and so forth, I hope you get my point.

music? Guess it's pretty obvious that this depends on the person itself. If you tend to be most concentrated if listening to classic music, so listen to classic music. If you think you get distracted by listening to music while playing poker anyway, so you shouldn't be listening to poker of course! Just choose the environment to play poker in which you feel most comfortable. There is no "perfect workplace" to play poker at, as there is no "poker music". As beeing said, this varies from person to person.

hey what site do you play on? I saw the post from the hitchiken ep1. I like to play on others rooms than Stars and Full tilt, because it's a lot more casual players here, and way better bonuses.
There is a little of that information about desperation shoves in the super turbos from vandweller, but he tell very few about it, it will be great if we write a question about it to cover in one episode.
I am still not sure about that spots when you have 4-5 bb or fewer and the blinds are coming to eat you and ante... how wide you can shove from what position
Everywhere I see 9 man stars of full tilt sngs, a little bit of information ajusted for full ring turbos will be great,
I covered a lot of gaps in my game with the Tommy Angelo series that's the most valuable material I seen
