Hi!

I think this is a great series!

I´ve noticed that you make a lot of decisions using the HUD stats.

I don´t use a HUD, do you think i make a lot of mistakes and loses a lot of $ because of that?

I´m also not aware of my own stats, but how much does that matter as long as i play my A-game?

Hi Killberry,

Yes I think every player is losing money and making suboptimal decisions without a HUD.

Great series and great vids overall! They definetely have helped me to correct alot of the spots where I have been mindlessy spewing, and given me a much better appreciation of stack sizes, both mine and my opponents. I like the thorough explanations of the thought processes behind your decisions. I have found lowering my opens to just over min raise when antes kick in has gotten me many more callers in live tourneys, and low buy in online tourneys. Is it ever wise to up your opens closer to 2.5x when this is the case, or is that an unwise sacrifice to make? Thanks.

I think that's fine orrin. Vs players who will call large preflop raises, you could even probably 4x or something the first few times since they probably won't notice.

The theory behind raising smaller is it doesn't affect people's likeliness to fold much. But if someone is playing everything preflop, you can exploit them by raising more with your big hands.
