Chuck jumps into his first series on Limit Omaha 8. Of course, he'd play that hand if you made the Jack a 4!

Thanks for the great analysis!
About the first hand of the video, raising the flop worked pretty well, but looking at it again I like much more folding the flop. Very small pot and im rarely in great shape.
About the 3betting vs coldcalling decisions Im not sure because im not an experienced O8 player. I know that some great players (I remember buzz from 2+2) love to openlimp and coldcall a lot. But I think I'm so used to openraise and 3bet preflop from limit holdem (my main game) that probably it's my instinctive play. Anyways when I play full ring I coldcall much more because the ranges are stronger and with some hands i prefer multiway action, but very shorthanded i think it cant be that bad to 3bet a lot. (but im not sure!)
Again, thanks for the great review!
Outstanding video. I would give five stars if I knew how to rate.
I think Hog could have had a 44 combo, like A446.
I'm pretty sure that'd 3bet the flop, A567 makes sense if he plays that pre

We have 2 pair so are ahead of KQ9x etc, did you mean bet to protect against him making 2 pair or just misread our hand?
How often does villain have a medium flushdraw or decent made low on the turn and check? He can have some KQ9x hands that we're doing well against but those hands are folding so it's pretty much a protection bet vs those hands then we get it in crushed vs flush/straight/better 2 pair/low
Yeah I meant protection to some degree, knowing you're not going to get c/r'd is also good.
But more importantly, I did misread our hand lol =/.
