Same here! Played a few tables after I watched this and I agree yes the fields are soft, but man the variance is a bitch Poke Tongue looking forward to feeling more confident about incorporating these into my sessions.

Nice vid man! I myself play MTTs of various buy-ins up to 109$, but recently I started playing SNGs as well, cuz I guess varience in MTTs is really big, and I need to smooth it playing something more stable in addition. Didn't really have too much experience playing SnGs, so I have a question: why 180-s? why not like 45-s or 18-s? What's the difference and which to you think are more profitable and why?
Thanks in advance.

45 mans get so short and become such a shove fest most the time to even make it itm, at least 180 mans you can sometimes not be sitting blow 12 BB's and actually be chipleader

rois are going to be a lot higher in 180's then 45s or 18s. more randoms and more players to have an edge on

Yes there are more randoms and more players to have an edge on, but also there are more spots in general too. But yeah, it's commonish to play the 45s with 180s esp during off-peak times but they are a little different because of structure etc and ICM is more important. Edges are far thinner in 45s too since as others said final table is almost always ridiculously short.

Nothing wrong with 18s, 45s, or any other form of poker. I just prefer 180s personally for various reasons, and I guess I don't claim they're "better" =)

Don't really know, haven't played the 180s since then but I guess it makes sense that it would make it a little harder to multi-table. In general the idea sounds awesome/good but I haven't played recently and realise/can appreciate the fact that a few people have said it makes things difficult etc, and also one point about how fish like to see the cards come out slowly for the sweat, lol. But yeah might make multi-tabling a bit harder, it should slightly increase hourly though since more games/hr very slightly.

my buddy used to 4-6 table rush on demands basically none stop on ftp, he is having no problem with TN playing 20+. He is more or less also going from bronze to plat in just over 1.5 months. Pretty sick tbh. Prob best to not mass table until you have notes on who the regs are first
