Have you had any reactions from your friends about this comment? (like, is it me you talking about?, haha funny
)
I have enjoyed this series alot Sailbot, I think there is so much content for Headsup(im a hucg player) out there and this mental-series was more needed for my game than a pure strategy series. I hope to see more mental/mindset videos on DC & from you.
I like the way you explain "poker is a pretty awesome way of living, to get freedom for an example". Its way to many players who are complaining about the games are getting tougher and poker is getting unprofitable and things like that.
Motivation, confidence and not letting your ego effect you is very interessting topics I think you can dig even more in to.
Thank you for this serie!

Not yet ;-)
@Chew
Glad to hear you liked the episode.
If more people think the "weird untermenschen fish"-bit it irritating, then I will edit it out and re-upload the video.

Enjoyed the series a lot and find 'psychological' type videos very helpful and enjoyable. If I had to criticize something, I would say the series was a bit disjointed or scattered at times where you would jump from one topic to another and cover a lot of different things in one video. Focusing on one or two specific topics per episode, such as the Shuffle & Flow series, may work better in the future. Other than that, great series.
Also, I think the episode should be refiled as an "Other" video rather than a "NLHE" video so non-NLHE players don't accidentally skip it.

Listen the whole series. Just wanted to leave a short comment after I watched the last episode. Good job Sailbot! I am always interested in how to prepare for a session and try to avoid tilt as much as possible. I can still improve in that area and liked very much the content of the series.
Thank you!

Ty very nice series I really enjoy it.
Just like to say when you say that only doing what you want is a great thing, keep in mind this have some drawbacks like not improving as a person, like you would when facing dificult situations.
Also for not going to university you give up alot, only people who really do it know that is an experience for livetime priceless.
You think you will be doing some future series? ty

excellent series, Saibot. i've been loading up these videos at night before i go to bed for the past 2 weeks, and i've been drifting off to sleep super encouraged, no matter what has happened that day. your mindset is what every player, correction, what any human being, should strive for in life.
i've incorporated many of the specific strategies you use for improving our games, like grading our sessions, visualization when off our A-game, warming up at lower stakes, writing down tilt triggers and checking them periodically, as well as the mental edge like thinking of exercise as increasing our hourly, etc.. there's just so much good advice in this series.
also, i've daydreamed in the past about trying to find local players and setting up an office like the setup you have. but i never knew there were actually people who do this! is this a common thing in the Netherlands? how did you find the people to work with? how formalized is the setup? is someone the "boss?" does he call people if someone doesn't show up for work? how do you handle rent money? how many people are in your office now? do they all play the same game? what happens if someone stops playing poker (do you try to find a new guy to help with rent?)? do you have a business name on your door? does anybody ever accuse you guys of being colluders? what's a typical day like at the office? i just find this really fascinating, and thank you for any and all responses.
