This is very very important. This summer, I've been living the same lifestyle you mentioned: get up in the morning, shower, play poker, eat, sleep. It's basically the worst thing I've ever done probably, I'm feeling like crap, and my results are very poor.

Is there any other book you'd recommend me to read while I'm waiting for this book?

I dont think falling asleep listening to poker videos is v useful.

Its kind of contradictary to the holistic lifestyle approach as well. There's poker time, and then there's other time.
