Awesome vid again. btw: Yup, it's Stars.

Some quick thoughts:
Hand 1, QQ: i'm calling the c/r too because I think I'm good often enough, but against loggerrythym it's imo tougher than vs. most other regs. He setmines in 3Bet pots a lot and is one of the straightforward guys who use the "c/c flop, c/r turn" line realy often when flopping a set.

Hand 2, J9o: Great explanation why to not bet the flop (and obv. not call the 4bet preflop)

Gold.

As usual, logic and explanations are crystal clear.

Hand1: LoggerRythym is super loose super aggro both preflop and postlfop and he picks the weirdest spots to make a bluff. I'm never ever folding an overpair to him.

In the UTG QQ hand vs SB supernit 8/5/2 with 2% 3B you commented, "call to set-mine" what would you do here with AK? Is a fold OK against a supernit?

Yeah, especially after the 1/2 pot bet on the turn. I would check this turn and call a river bet, but after watching this, I think 1/2pot to induce/call is pretty sexy too.

Nice video, I like these hand replayer ones, since detailed analysis is often more educational than an action-packed ghost.

One thing though, please don't sip from your bottle mid-sentence.. it's not quite as bad as eating or burping or whatever, but still sounds a little tilting. Especially in this format when you can just pause the video between hands.

In the QQ set vs rock the main point to realize is that there are only three combos of AA and KK each, and AK alone amounts to nine combos (plus the very occasional AQ), meaning we absolutely need to bet turn and get it in. Not to mention that on that board, I'd imagine he's less likely to check a set, so we can weigh his range even a bit more towards AK.

raise it up, do you really expect this guy to fold AA;AK?

Any diamond or straight card may slow him down on next streets imo.

i think folding AK usually would be best.

I agree with Nolan, fold AK, setmine QQ. if an 8/5/2 overraises here like to 7-8 i'll just fold QQ. You'll see this a ton in live play. With that said i do like betting the turn and i feel like there are as many or more AK combos than AA/KK combos so i'm fine bet/calling the turn. I feel like he'll chk/call downwith AK a ton though.

I want to say this series has gotten better and better and it's definitely one i'm excited about each week.

Is it solely a set-mine? What do people think about calling a bet here on a low flop since he's likely cbetting AK here as well and there are more combos of AK than AA/KK (not to mention the rare occasions where villain has JJ here and the call winds up being for value)

Hi Nolan.

Regarding the hand w AK flopping 999.
If you never expected your opponent to fold TT+ on that board, what would be the play?

Cbet flop to take out the whiff?
2 Barrel to take out whiff + lower PPs?
C/f or C/C a smallish bet(last one u say you hate Smile)

I think a lot of the time with the NL100 FR Pokerstars regs, they are polarised to a draw or the nuts. I think mostly the nuts, so I'm not so sure about calling it off in this spot...so many times I've pumped it in on a turn c/r and usually been very wrong to do so. Loggerrythmn may be a different situation though, but without reads or history it's difficult for hero to put him on a bluff.

I totally agree with Lando.. Why aren't we reraising on the flop? AK and AA are not going to fold very often..so reraising on the flop I think is good here. I don't think this guy will try a bluff looking at his stats...

Another good point brought up by Zyr.. When this guy checks the turn it makes it very very unlikely he has a set of kings or aces. Since theres three draws out there.
