LOL! I 2nd leveled you. I am CalvinJohnsn and I had a GT avatar and changed it to the Lions a little over a year ago b/c of image considerations. And yes I am a Georgia Tech graduate.

Spoiler: I am pretty sure I never have a hand on the river in the 1st hand that is losing to QQ. What were the results just so I know?

Wow, sick, for reals? Chuck never showed me the results but the river is a fold as you see we agreed.

In before I see results. I'm pretty sure it's a fold, but it's closer than you think. I see regs play 66-TT this way at a somewhat high frequency. The problem is that anyone competent has his full competent of non-capping aces, all his sets, a lot of 44 and 22 combos. He also won't have all his 66-TT combos for obvious reasons. So I think it's a fold getting 8-1 but I'd call getting 10-1

Two related things to consider when reading your own hand range in this flop spot:

1. Are you calling all your strong aces?

and

2. How strong is your range? Do you have too many semibluffs in your range only c/r aces and strong tens.

My guess is, no matter if you threebet or not out of the BB, you need this hand in your c/r range to have a balanced value range. You certainly do if you threebet out of the BB and it's close if you don't.

Yeah, I definitely considered what thinking players would think about my avatar and changed it for pretty much exactly the reasons you mentioned.

I really like when you show the results because then you can also analyze the hand from the villain's perspective. In DD's videos he almost always talks about how the villain played their hand and what he agrees/disagrees with. It just gives more valuable angles to discuss even if only briefly. I totally understand not showing results in a forum post but in a video I think it is worth while.

Maybe next year I'll sit down in that 50/100 horse game you were playing at the Rio, Joe.

Just be careful not to valuetown yourself too hard vs passive middle aged ladies.
