Are we ever betting any river cards here if we get called on the turn to try to fold out 2 pair type hands? or are we always checking behind?

With AKT2? I might valuebet small on some bricky rivers, but probably check back most connected stuff. The only better 2pr is KJ, so I'm not really trying to turn KT into a bluff here.
What other hands would be good to c/r here?
Well, air isn't bad for the occasional c/r as long as you can maintain some balance. And sometimes you should c/r with the nut flush here to max value against smaller flushes (c/r flop and bet later streets is less strong-looking than c/c flop and c/r turn, or some such line). And I guess sets are cool too, when stacks are well sized. But I wouldn't c/r too many other type hands, like smaller flushes or wraps or such things that could get you in trouble.

Oh wow, I definitely missed that we had a Ten here. Makes more sense now. Say If we had a hand like AK92 instead, would we still want to bet the turn when checked to twice? And would we ever bluff if the river bricks? I find myself in these spots a lot where no one seems strong so I fire to try to take it down and don't know whether I should fire another barrel on the river.

Yea, you could bet turn here after checked to twice. And I'd barrel river a lot if you got called, because most of their range would be marginal two pair that couldn't stand more heat and its easy for us to rep a hand like 98xx.
