You say stacks are deep & you are in position vs a 3b w/ 3355r, but isn't there a big problem w/ reverse implied odds w/ your hand when you hit a set that make this a less profitable play than if you had a 100bb stack?
The preflop action is shove, shove on a 752r flop. This is just about the best flop you can expect with your hand, but is this a tough laydown or a marginal call if the board is:
1. 752 w/ a flush draw
2. 2 broadway rainbow
3. 2 broadway w/ a flush draw.
@ the table (in real time) how do you estimate your equity vs each one of these boards w/ your hand (where you flop a set)?

There definitely is a problem with reverse implied odds, but the premium double paired hands still have value to play in many situations. There will be many spots that will occur when they have a dry flush draw, dry opened ended with pair, top 2, or even top pair with gutter or redraw. All those scenarios have tons of equity for your hand for plo.

I used to love hands like 3345 and considered them 'premium'. But a look on propokertools shows that 3345 double suited has only 42.63% equity...against a random hand! Hard to imagine that a hand that looks so pretty is a dog to 4 random cards! But then again, it's only a little worse than a 2:1 underdog against AAKK preflop...hit the flop hard and stack your opponent...
