That slide for example 2, where I do the different EV calculations, I kept saying small blind and meant small bet, sorry about that.

Don't play much anymore but signed up just for this series out of intellectual curiosity. Hope it turns me into the new Hawrilenko :-)

This series certainly deserves more love.
Plus, doing the exercises (even though it's tough, challenging and long) is a great way to understand all this mathy stuff.

Just to add: with given opponent's strategy, a c/r,c/r line yields 4.00SB
