Excellent vid! I have recently decided to get coaching so this comes perfect. When u were going through the "Types of coachings" I for some reason started to think about this classic:

Excellent vid!
One technical question however regarding the video review: i tried that with two different coaches but teamviewer only shows a black screen on the coaches computer when I play the avi file i recorded using camstudio/camtasia.
I can imagine it has something to do with streaming i guess. Does anybody have any tips?

Could you not just send him the video and start it at the same time?

I encountered this same problem during some coaching sessions, a couple of options are to use the Camtasia Studio player or use Quicktime (free). There's also a topic in the Software forum that discussed this several months back if you want more options.

apparently you need to turn off hardware acceleration when you make the video.

Yeah, I've never had any problems, and I could be wrong, but I doubt all my students have hardware accel. turned off when they make vids and I think you just have to have it off to use Teamviewer.
You could try using Mikogo which is built into Skype, I prefer it to Teamviewer.
Cliff notes for video: YOU GET OUT OF IT WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT!
In all seriousness though, that video was in-depth and excellent.
Camtasia can record both sides of skype
Camtasia Recorder -> Audio options -> Audio tab -> Audio setup wizard.. -> recording source: microphone and speaker audio
thanks guys for your help regarding my problem with viewing a recording session. I just made two test vids with different hw acceleration, i will check if it helps.

I personally haven't been able to get this to work, but def it's worth a shot prior to downloading other software.
Thanks WoT, really helped me, as I am becoming a lowlimit coach myself now.
good vid, thank you.
when a student makes a video, does he make it with voice or w/o voice?

I've done both but without voice is typically better because the student can focus on each decision more. It's not easy to play and say meaningful stuff :-)
