he cant have pair+fd on the flop, i dont think that he calls pure draws that often oop, so maybe a weak made hand .. you are on the top of your range, so bet 1/3 to 1/2 pot and hope for a Qx cal...

there is no need to size the turn bet bigger, if villain has a flushdraw he has around 20% equity, so 1/2 pot bet is enough .. but yeah, if you think he will pay more for his draw, bet more ..
