I like your river bet, its takes him off his 56 or j9. I dont think he semi bluffed the turn with a flush draw,if he is that agressive he prob bet 17 just because you checked. I would reraise hi...
Your first mistake was calling the reraise to 7 pre flop. Your hand is not good enough to call a reraise like that. imo
I like the hand all the way to the river, i think the check/call on the river would have been ideal. he is pretty loose and might have floated you with a smaller flush hoping to take the pot awa...
