A couple of additional questions -

1. Does the call/fold decision change if it's an ordinary flush draw - not a backdoor draw?

2. If he checks the river, are we betting for...

I think I play it the same way. Any non-broadway rundown hand he'd call the 3-bet with has a straight on that board. Almost all smaller pairs hit a set, and all overpairs still beat you.

I agree that with 100BB's I simply have to ship it here. How deep do the stacks need to be before you start worrying about the straight flush?
