Against an unknown I call the turn, planning on a check/call a river bet if it is in the 1/2 pot range or so. Maybe fold if river is a club.

It's a fold unless you think villain would fold to a raise a most of the time. You have no equity if called and if he does this with draws, he's probably not folding.
