I'd call, I mean he might 3bet flop with some of his FD's and people like to slowplay flushes, really rare for some one to raise like that when he hits.Sure you are going to see flushes here but...

1st hand and HU his range should be bit wider than AKQ AQ 99 thus checkin to try to get to SD might not bet bad, and when you try to get him off AQ AK you probably have to fire 3 streets.
