Your line looks totally fos, but I'd just hate to miss value from some weak Kx hand or QQ that the guy just can't fold. I'd bet the turn pretty much always.
I would have raised the flop, hoping to get action from random combo draws.
As played, bet like $35-40 on the turn so we can easily get stacks in on the river.
This is so gross 200 BB deep. I honestly have no idea. His line looks super strong, but he could easily be random spazing with AK or whatever. I don't think this is a draw too often at 100 NL.
I would check behind on this flop 100% of the time. He's never folding anything here ever. You could argue that he's calling with lots of worse hands (which he is), but how do we get to showdown...
