50 rush, river brings a scare card, but is it worth a db?

Villain is 24/19/1.3 over 330 hands with 7% 3-bet, fold to c-bet 23% over 11 hand sample size. No notes, which means I probably haven't seen him get out of line or go 3-bet crazy on me.
