I would bet the turn. You want to protect your hand and betting out would do so. If you get raised then yes I would call perhaps calling one bet on the river (not a raise or two big cold).
He's playing 53% of hands OOP and his 3b range is polarized, so I think he has a lot more Tx and worse Kx combos than you give him credit for.
