I would bet the turn. You want to protect your hand and betting out would do so. If you get raised then yes I would call perhaps calling one bet on the river (not a raise or two big cold).
He's playing 53% of hands OOP and his 3b range is polarized, so I think he has a lot more Tx and worse Kx combos than you give him credit for.

You can raise the flop if he's complete agro spazz lagtard otherwise my standard is just to call down.
