i'd probably 4bet. i think calling is kind of spewy here as we are forced to play OOP against an aggressive opponent guessing how good our hand is. just my 2 cents.
This is such a tough spot because you are probably behind here against a flush from someone since you still have 2 opp's on the river. I'd still probably call, personally.
