Villain's a typical TAG, stats are 17/12/1.5, 47% fold to cbet, 8% raise flop over 609 hands, no other reads. LP is a fish, 49/13/2.1 over 53 hands.

It's a river bet, and he's laying me 3:1 (so needs to be bluffing 25%). But yeah I definitely see what you mean, and I do agree he's probably value betting a reasonable majority of the time.
