How was that then? Everything I've read is MGR is hit for cash value of item, which in turn reduces RB, by (MGR hit)*.27 or 0.00135*points spent.

Really? I thought .005 per point hit to MGR. So for TV 175k*.005 = 875 *.27 = 236 hit to RB.
