Depending on his specific steal from CO your 3bet is anything from good to bad.

You can call the river if he's turning made hands into bluffs here often. If he's just gonna show down ...

Can't be that bad assuming he's floating light and only re-bluffing with the nut-flush draw now and betting all his floats here. You're not reaping much though, good thing to remember.
