I don't understand why its a fold on the flop to the check raiser? He could be doing that with A10/And or any over pairs.? ? Is my logic correct?

depending on the villain i might fold the flop

vs most players i am folding the turn - it is not like he is on flush draw and i doubt he is playing JJ or AT like this so we are hoping...
