What are you doing preflop? Fold to the 4bet. This hand is a nightmare equity wise in a 4bet pot, furthermore stacks are too shallow any way to call 4bets.

By betting the river you are overrepping your hand. You are not getting called by anything worse. Your calling range is not accurate: AQ is not going to call and would have probably bet turn aft...
