when fish flop the nuts their first instinct is usually to slowplay rather than to open shove. When people open shove they usually want you to fold rather than to extract value.
I would call and call. He can only have a tiny amount of 4s. If he does have trips he would probably c/c a good amount of the time. AA makes the most sense. Bad players love to c/r these flops b...
all of that maybe true and he can certainly be very passive and never bluffing here but bottom line is he's a fish so I don't think I can ever fold.
You overbet the river with the nuts for value and got shipped on by a 65vpip fish who wants to give you more value. I think we should be super excited here.

But in for full and for whatever reason you're doing this, make it like $13 or even $12 instead of $15.
I think if his range is only QQ+ AK you can fold since you don't have much committed. So yea fold.
