I don't think villain ever has a bluffing range for c/ring this big on a 3-wheel card flop. He is never folding. He always has ace, pp, or something else that hits this flop.
This is maybe naive, but could you consider folding to the 3-bet? This seems like a 3-card hand with a dangler and not really that strong.
