you should know when you are ready to play the normal stakes again.
The main reason to flat is because we have no idea on his range, I doubt an unknown at 25NL 4bets/gets it in with anything other than QQ+/AK or they might have a 4bet bluffing range ...
looks like fancy player syndrome. why do you 4bet? call the 3bet and play fit/fold post.
