Just shove preflop. Not a lot of room to play postflop with your stack size and considering how big the pot is going to be anyway. I think open shoving and raise/stacking off to a 3 bet is fine....

Fold. A player who is being called a better reg by multiple people isn't three betting another reg's UTG+1 raise with anything worse than AK+, QQ+ imo
