Thnx for the replies. I think bet/call (obv only when the raisesize is not that big) and c/c is far better than c/r on the river.

Sometimes we have a hand in the blinds which we don't 3bet for whatever reason, but those hands are pretty difficult to play +EV in OOP against a villain who is cbetting a lot.

I think it's very thin value with KTo. I don't mind a third barrel here, but I don't mind checking behind either.
