Will he value bet turn if he hits a pair? I think not. And definately not a pot sized river bet with second pair typ of hand. I think people usually isnt capable of valuebetting light.

Villain seems like a nit and his line seems very strong and I think his worst hand here is something like AK. I prefer a call and a fold if he shoves river.
