Think he checks alot of Qx on the flop, so his range is weighted towards semibluffs on the turn, so I´d rather call and allow him to bluff those or valuebet a big ace on the river.

His range that you beat and may get a call from is probably JT QT discounted AT, discounted KJ as he may 3bet those. Maybe some random kings, but guessing he is 3betting them alot if he is 3bett...
