UTG is 12/10/9.3 over 510 hands, reads are he's a winning reg and pretty tight. Post flop he cbets/DB's alot, hence high aggression factor

We shouldn't really be folding much in a 4bet pot when we have equity imo

Against a range of AA**,QsJsKcTc for e.g we have 42% equity which makes this an easy pot odds based call.
