Yeah, I'm with rusty here. It's closer to a fold than a complete for sure. I think it's probably ok to limp in a really passive game though, but you have to hit very well on 4th to continue.

Definitely bet 7th here, you and him share a bunch of cards, so he is unlikely to have improved, and since he is showdown bound, he is likely to just click call with his worse pairs.
