Converting Camtasia vid to play in WMP

But I had 3 hours of 1900x1200. And I have 3GHz with 4GB RAM. I wonder why it was so slow from Camtasia.

Do You know how that works? What codec it uses? It took about 5 minutes to convert 2.9GB (3 hours) vid...
