I would think AQ check/calls here happy to go to showdown and hoping you check the river back also. I wouldn't even think a flush is in his river shoving range as the board pairs on the flop.
You are now way behind AA, AK, AJ, AT, JJ and TT. The only hands he may have 4bet that you are ahead of are KK and QQ and after you call his flop bet he is not putting in anything more in this p...
Oh, and folding is always 0ev as you cannot win or lose anything more in the hand. What is already in the pot does not count.
