I would think AQ check/calls here happy to go to showdown and hoping you check the river back also. I wouldn't even think a flush is in his river shoving range as the board pairs on the flop.

At 5NL I believe the villain here could easily be overbet shoving to protect an overpair that you beat like 10s or Js. I have seen similar also with TP here like A9s.
