How about 4betting from the blinds?
Like when u 3bet fish opening from MP or CO and facing a 4bet from SB or BB.
Honestly, I rarely find Js~Qs or AK in this spot.

I think there's a lot of worse 2 pair hands a 41/11 can have that makes this a trivial call, let alone the times he bluffs spades.
