I don't think he's checking to c/f often. Time to give up I think as the river card makes ur range even more polarized to flush or air IMO. Given better reads could go either way tho...
If you expect him to barrel the turn alot and shut down on the river just call and then bet the river when checked to. No point shoving to protect against so little equity.
