If you assume a guy who opens ~80%+ and c-bets the flop always, you have ~35% equity in the pot. I think it's a poor choice of boards for a bluff and there's no value in a raise so I don't like ...

I think I prefer a fold. Looking at your stove compared to aaahshoveit's stove, I think his is slightly more realistic assuming some Ax aren't C/R the flop at least some of the time....
